Mental Health Resources

The resources mentioned on this list are NOT emergency response services! If you’re facing a life threatening emergency, call 911.

I’ve organized the resources by categories that you might be looking for.

If you’re not sure which one to contact, or what to expect: the person on the other side of the line will guide you through the process.

They understand it’s scary to reach out, and so they’ll do everything they can to make this process as easy as possible for you.

And if you’re worried about whether your problem is “big enough” to warrant reaching out– it is. Responders want to help, and it’s important that you get the care you need.
